It is easier to find outside sources to blame for something that is happening inside of you. It is easier to say that you are the way that you are because of whatever happened to you in this life. Especially if it is something that upsets you in you. We all have those traits that upset us. Mine right now is that I still can’t find the courage to travel alone. And having this irrational fear upsets me so very much. It is easier, I know to blame others. And you may do it without even realizing you are doing it. To tell the truth, I’ve done this more times than I would like to admit. It is easier to blame others because by doing it, the responsibility will never be yours. But you know what? That’s a bad thing. If you blame the outside for your own difficulties and challenges you will be restraining yourself to a life of limitations. If the blame is always outside how will you change? When you look inside yourself, when you take for your own the responsibility of being who you are - with all the challenges that come with it -  and embrace it, it is more complex, the process may be slower but is also very liberating in a way. Because than you can change, you can grow.
